We buy tickets for most entertainment and activities, movies, concerts or park. This lesson introduces the sentences and vocabulary when buying a ticket in Mandarin. There is a quick update on my recent life after the lesson @ 06:33 :D

When & While Sentence , Taiwan College Life with Mahjong

This lesson covers the subordinating conjunction, when and while. The pattern "當...的時候/dang1...de5 shi2hou4" is used in Mandarin. You can see the same pattern goes on in different sentences that mean different things but other grammatical functions such as progressive 在zai4 and 一直 yi4zhi2 + Verb, are added to elaborate what speaker intends to express. 

Near the end of the video is a simple update of my recent school life: Mahjong(麻將) it is! :D Just kidding la!

進軍中國 臉書創辦人學中文

（法新社香港18日電） 全球社群網站龍頭臉書（Facebook）的創辦人祖克柏（Mark Zuckerberg），決心要讓Facebook在中國大放異彩，他甚至因此開始學習中文。

Facebook在全球擁有超過5億名使用者，不過自從2009年7月新疆爆發種族動亂以來，Facebook在中國就遭到限制。

祖克柏在史丹佛大學（Stanford University）冗長的問答時間，解釋為什麼Facebook只有在中國、日本、南韓與俄羅斯4個國家「未成功或即將成功」。
