Li, Jia-Hui (李家慧), also known as Peggy Lee, has 6 years of experience in language teaching. She received her B.A. in Applied English - Translation, from the first American-accredited University in Asia, Ming Chuan University, Taiwan.

In 2009, Peggy Lee established an online Mandarin-learning business under the name PeggyTeachesChinese. She has continued to build the popularity of her brand through YouTube and other social media. Today, her business has gained over 10,000 subscribers and has received over 2.1 million hits. On her YouTube channel, she provides over 105 videos about learning Mandarin, Chinese culture and travelling to Taiwan. She has taught students from all over the world, from North America to South America, from Europe to Africa.

Peggy Lee was also an English instructor of Taiwanese adults in Gjun Language Institute before receiving her Fulbright FLTA Fellowship (2012 - 2013). During her Fulbright Fellowship, she was teaching Mandarin and Chinese Culture to students at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. Currently, she continues to develop her online Mandarin-learning business while preparing to enroll in a graduate program in the field of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in Taiwan.
